Return Policy

Please follow the guidelines below to ensure that all returns are processed as quickly and efficiently as possible:

All returns must include an RMA (return Merchandise Authorization) number that can be obtained by contacting our customer service department 800-875-8459 or Our customer service hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (EST)

FPP Outlet does not accept returns without prior approval. If you are not satisfied with the products it may be returned within 30 days of shipment for a full credit or exchange (provided the product is unused and undamaged) less the 15% restocking fee. Included must be a copy of the original order confirmation or packing slip with your RA paperwork as proof of purchase.

  • Return documentation should clearly specify credit or exchange.
  • Returned items must be in the original packaging.
  • Customers will be responsible for return shipment costs.
  • Please note, there will be a 15% cancellation fee on Paypal orders.
  • Claims for discrepancies in shipment must be made within 7 days of receipt of merchandise or they will not be accepted.
  • Requests for returns after 30 days from date of shipment will not be accepted.
  • C.O.D. returns will not be accepted.
  • Altered or etched items will not be accepted.

Because of the special nature of the products, we will be glad to cut products to length per your specifications. Cut-to-length products, however, are considered final sale and may not be returned for credit.
