Product Information and Pricing Disclaimer
FPP Outlet strives to give you accurate content, including product information, policies, and pricing. Policies, pricing, and item availability are subject to change without notice, and FPP Outlet reserves the right to limit quantities. Prices displayed are subject to final approval at the time of order fulfillment. Images are shown for representational purposes only. In the event that FPP Outlet is unable to provide an actual image of a product, they reserve the right to substitute a similar image for the one described in the product information. While FPP Outlet tries in good faith to make sure that the information displayed is accurate, they are not responsible for typographical errors or technical inaccuracies. This disclaimer in no way affects the terms of the manufacturer's warranty, if any.
FPP Outlet will not be responsible for any delays in delivery which result from any circumstances beyond its control, including without limitation, product unavailability, carrier delays, delays due to fire, severe weather conditions, failure of power, labor problems, acts of war, terrorism, general insurrection, acts of God or acts of any government or agency. Any shipping dates provided by FPP Outlet are estimates only.
FPP Outlet does not accept returns without prior approval. If you are not satisfied with the products it may be returned within 30 days of shipment for a full credit or exchange (provided the product is unused and undamaged) less the 15% restocking fee. Included must be a copy of the original order confirmation or packing slip with your RA paperwork as proof of purchase.
*Return documentation should clearly specify credit or exchange.*Returned items must be in the original packaging.
*Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs.
*Claims for discrepancies in shipment must be made within 7 days of receipt of merchandise or they will not be accepted.
*Requests for returns after 30 days from date of shipment will not be accepted.
*C.O.D. returns will not be accepted.
*Altered or etched items will not be accepted.
All returns must include an RMA (return Merchandise Authorization) number that can be obtained by contacting our customer service department 800-875-8459 or firstname.lastname@example.org. Our customer service hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (EST)
